OUR STORY STARTED WITH A NEW BEGINNING ❤️
That Chicken Place has been part of Everett since 2017, but on July 7, 2023, a new chapter began. Under new ownership, Alfonso set out to create more than just another Chicken restaurant — he wanted a local Everett destination built on fresh food, bold flavors, great service and community.
Since then, TCKP has continued to grow - literally! We expanded next door and added 50 more seats - while staying true to one goal: giving Everett a reason to say, Let’s go to 👉🏻THAT Chicken Place!

What started as a chicken restaurant has continued to grow.
We've expanded our space with more seating, added large projector screens and TVs for game days and community events, grown our catering options, launched our mobile app, and introduced Antojitos by “That” Chicken Place.
